VITABOT ONLINE NUTRITION
Diet and exercise, exercise and diet; everywhere you look someone is talking or writing about the importance of diet and exercise. As fitness professionals, we are frequently asked about diets. Now, with Vitabot, whether our clients want to lose weight, gain weight, create muscle mass, or simply do everything possible to live a long and healthy life we have a useful tool to tell you and us what your body needs.
What is Vitabot?
In its basic form, Vitabot is a computerized food diary. After a little experimentation you will discover that it is so much more. It can be used to lose weight, insure proper nutrition, or gain weight. It can plan your meals, create your shopping list, monitor your progress, and save your special recipes or custom foods. The longer you use it the easier it gets.
Best of all, you can see exactly where your nutritional excesses and weaknesses lie. When we at STS first started experimenting with the program we were suprised to see where our calories and nutritional requirements fell short with what we assumed to be a good diet. The nutrition information is more complete than USDA information and adjusts for your weight, age, exercise level, and metabolic rates.
How do I start?
Visit us at STS in McLean. Vitabot is available only through clubs and organizations and STS is one of the few places in Northern Virginia that is offering the service. For STS clients, the price is only $10 per month for all the information and advice you need to meet your weight goals. We are also offering a trainer assisted option for $60 per month. In this program, a trainer will monitor your progress weekly and spend time with you each week refining your diet program and helping you to track and meet your goals.
Beginning on October 15, we will be offering a free 3 month subscription with the purchase of a 10 session package. If you cannot wait until October, talk to Ava, Jim, or Linda and we will start you in our first group of free trial subscriptions.
